Il salone, questa zona di casa mia evoca molti ricordi, mia madre apriva e preparava questa camera quando venivano a pranzo parenti o ospiti che si voleva accogliere nella parte più bella della casa, per poi intrattenersi a chiacchierare. Oggi, memore di questi bei ricordi, voglio riaprirlo per accogliere amici, conoscenti e comunque persone che amano la Convivialità, con cui condividere la passione del gusto. Il gusto per tutto quello che questo Territorio ci offre, ma sempre a confronto con gli altri, non per sottolineare le differenze, ma per comprendere quanto importante sia la diversità, le peculiarità e la vocazione di ogni territorio a produrre eccellenze. È per questo che ho dato il nome di Cerasuolo, perché è un’eccellenza di questo Territorio e perché ho dato alle due camere il nome del suo blend, Frappato e Nero d’Avola. Gli incontri li ho denominati, Tasta e…vivi il Territorio del Cerasuolo di Vittoria, unica DOCG in Sicilia.

Il salone, this area of my home evoke the memories, my mother open and arrange this room, for the lunch with relatives or guests to welcom them, in the part of home more hospitable, and after lunch to entertain to chat. Nowadays, thanks these wonderful memories, I want to open back to welcom my friends and people love the Convivialità, to share the passion for the Taste. The Taste for the products of this District, but in parallel with the others, not to underliner the differences, but to understanding the diversity, the peculiarities and mainly, suitability to product the excellences. For this reason I named it Cerasuolo, because is an excellence of this District and because I named the two rooms with his blend Frappato and Nero d’Avola. The meeting I named, Tasta and…vivi the Territorio of Cerasuolo di Vittoria, unique DOCG in Sicily.
